Double Digital Chucks
The chucks are outfitted with pressure feedback system to adjust cutting pressure based on tube size and thickness. They are also featured by auto recognition of different tubes and real-time warning with no or less manual intervention.

Space Leapfrog and Flying Cutting
The technology helps to minimize the moving path of cutting head by omitting repeated lift and fall, therefore, cutting speed is improved beyond doubt.
With three-axis linear interpolation, TPS performs well while cutting into small densely-distributed graphics.
Labor-saving Configurations
Standard Tube Automatic Loading Device (Optional)
Tube to be cut is conveyed to check-waiting area for length measuring and cut sequencing. Support frame is used for supporting tubes to ensure cutting stability and precision.
Unloading Device (Default)
Unloading height is manually adjusted when unloading different types of tubes. Additionally follow-up unloading device is also optional.
